As Augury's Head of Design, I've overseen various key responsibilities:

- Leading a cross-functional team of brand, product, and industrial designers.

- Establishing design standards, processes, and tools, including hiring, mentoring, and guiding designers.

- Co-managing the successful rebranding launched in April 2023.

- Creating and implementing experience principles.

- Conducting design thinking workshops for business model clarity.

- Developing cross-functional design strategies aligned with business goals.

- Shaping the company's roadmap and operating system.

- Contributing actively to partnership development.

- Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (Co-founder).
